You can request deletion without signing in or reinstalling the app. The Data Protection Lead verifies your identity through confirmation from your registered account email address and completes deletion within 7 days.

Enter the email registered to your CaseClock account. No password is required here. Never include tenant details or evidence in this form.
What is deleted and what may remain
Deletion covers authentication and account details, organisation membership and, for your private workspaces, property addresses, cases, investigations, meter readings, photos/certificates, notes, reports and chronology. Account deletion does not silently destroy another organisation's records.
Where a housing provider must retain shared evidence for statutory duties or legal claims, the Data Protection Lead will explain the reason and retention period. Residual backups remain isolated until provider rotation. Reports already downloaded or sent to third parties are outside CaseClock's control. The request is tracked for fulfilment; direct-deletion records are stripped of your email and account identifier on completion.
